1. Guests can make reservations through phone; moreover, payments can be done through Bank Deposit at the Poracay Resort's Bank Account 2 days prior to the date of the confirmed booking.
  2. For walk – in reservations, at least 50% of the desired villa, sawali or cottage should be paid.
  3. The resort will NOT entertain reservations on Nipa Hut- A, Nipa Hut B and other open cottages.
  4. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE policy is applied on all open cottages (e.g. Nipa Hut – A, Nipa Hut – B)
  5. Reservation balance should be paid by the guest together with the entrance fees and key deposits upon check-in.
  6. A key deposit of PHP 250.00 will be collected upon check-in and is refundable upon returning the key.
  7. Upon check-out, guest should secure a clearance slip from the guard and housekeeper in charge in order to get the refund.
  8. For the safety of our guests, overnight accommodation on all open cottages and steel cottages is not allowed.
  9. Reserved villas, sawalis, cabins and steel cottages will be held until 4:00 pm of the date of booking, otherwise confirmed.
  10. All guests are required to pay corresponding entrance fees apart from their accommodations.
  11. Standard check-in time is 2:00pm while check-out time is 12:00nn of the following day. Early check – in or extension of overnight accommodations can only be entertained depending on the availability.
  12. The resort management requires a deposit when renting the following items: GRILLER, VIDEOKE AND KEYS.
  13. Corkage fees apply to the following: catering services, chairs, tables and other electronic appliances.
  14. On the day of reservation, please get your count slip from the guard for the head count before proceeding to the counter for payment together with the deposit slip.
  15. Reservation payment will not be honored/ deducted otherwise the deposit slip or temporary receipt is presented.
  16. Failure to appear on the date of reservation without prior notice will automatically disallow the guest to refund/rebook.
  17. Please be reminded that pool hours is at 8am until 10pm only.
  18. VIDEOKE and SOUND SYSTEM is prohibited in the CABIN area
  19. Reservation Fee is non-refundable. However, reservation date may be rescheduled within 2 months after the original date of reservation. The Resort Management should be informed 2 days prior to the original date of reservation.
  20. Approval of reservation rescheduling is subject to the availability of the accommodation.
  21. Extension of overnight accommodation can only be entertained depending on the availability. Please feel free to ask any sales officer.
